1. Acceptance

Flipr is operated by Yotam Tesfay, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, trading as "Flipr" ("Flipr", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using Flipr you enter into a binding agreement with Yotam Tesfay and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

4. Services

Flipr provides AI-powered tools including listing generation, photo enhancement, pricing suggestions, shipping recommendations and related productivity features. Features may change over time.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Flipr a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Services. You warrant that you have the rights to upload your content.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use Flipr for unlawful activity, fraud, deceptive listings, infringement of intellectual property, malware distribution, attempts to bypass security, or abuse of the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI outputs are provided for convenience and may require review. You are responsible for verifying listings, pricing and descriptions before publication. Flipr is not responsible for marketplace decisions or listing outcomes.

8. Marketplace Integrity

Flipr is designed to improve presentation, not conceal defects or misrepresent products. Users remain responsible for truthful listings and compliance with marketplace rules.

9. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing, renewal and cancellation mechanics for paid plans are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically for the plan period selected at checkout until cancelled, and you may cancel at any time.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.

10. Founder Edition

Founder Edition is a limited promotional lifetime licence for the advertised Flipr features and future core updates. It does not automatically include separate future products, enterprise offerings or materially different standalone services.

11. Intellectual Property

Flipr, its branding, software, logos and content are owned by or licensed to Flipr and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or threaten the security or integrity of the Service.

14. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flipr disclaims warranties not expressly stated.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flipr shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law provides otherwise.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
