By using Flipr, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

5. AI Processing

Flipr may use one or more trusted third-party AI providers to process uploaded images and text solely to deliver requested features. Flipr does not use customer uploads to train its own AI models. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content.

6. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all payments, billing, tax, invoicing, customer service inquiries and returns. Flipr does not store payment card details. Paddle receives the personal data necessary to process your order and acts as an independent controller for that data in accordance with its own privacy practices.

7. Google Sign-In

If you choose Google Sign-In, Flipr receives only the information authorised by you through Google's OAuth system. Flipr never receives your Google password.

8. Data Sharing

We may share information with trusted service providers where necessary to operate the Services, including hosting providers, authentication providers, AI providers and Paddle. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

9. International Transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the UK. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards will be used in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Deleted content may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period before permanent deletion.

Where applicable, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Flipr is not directed at children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child in breach of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

14. Marketplace Integrity

Flipr enhances presentation only. Users remain responsible for ensuring listings accurately represent the products they sell and comply with the rules of any marketplace. Flipr is not affiliated with Vinted, eBay, Depop, Facebook Marketplace or other marketplaces unless expressly stated.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services where appropriate. The latest version will always be available on our website.
